Are you facing a missed payment on one of your Lovys contracts and want us to retry the payment? Before proceeding, please ensure that your default payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.


Then, simply click the "Retry payment" button, located at the top right of your screen when you're in your client space, on your insurance contract page.

How does the "Retry payment" button work?

When you click this button from your client space, our system immediately triggers a new payment attempt. If your default payment method is valid and funded, the "Payment Failed" error message will disappear automatically (this may take a few minutes).


Important: If you have set your IBAN as your default payment method, the payment will not be processed instantly and may take 1 to 2 business days. However, if your account has sufficient funds, the payment should be successfully processed without any issues.


What to do if the payment fails again?


If the payment still does not go through, we recommend that you:

1️⃣ Check your banking details.

2️⃣ Contact your bank to understand why the payment was declined.

You can also update your default payment method in your client space.
