A claim and you are helpless regarding the declaration to be made? Don't panic, Lovys is here to assist you: a few minutes are enough to report a claim. 



1. How do I report my claim?

Please note: Lovys offers two types of home insurance policy, with two current insurance partners (Generali and Wakam). This article applies to contracts taken out with Generali. For more information, please refer to the special or general conditions of your policy.

1. Log in to your Lovys customer area

2. Click on the ‘my insurance’ section and select the insurance contract that covers the damaged vehicle.

3. Click on ‘declare a claim’ and follow the instructions! Remember: the information you provide will be used to analyse your claim, so it is essential that it is complete and consistent.


Our claims team will then contact you as soon as possible! If necessary, the entire motor claims team is available by email at sinistre.auto@lovys.com or by telephone on 01 75 62 90 70, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.


2. How can I benefit from assistance?


At Lovys, there are two possible scenarios:

a. either the assistance guarantee is optional

b. or the minimum 50km assistance cover is included, and you have the option of upgrading it (for 0km cover with or without a replacement vehicle).

We work with two assistance partners in conjunction with the insurance partner (Allianz or Générali) linked to your contract.

3. Do you have a list of approved partners I can go to for my damage?
