How does the collection of your contributions work at Lovys?

At Lovys, you can choose the frequency of your direct debits when you sign up!
You prefer monthly payments
You will be debited every month, on the anniversary date of your contract. Please note that the direct debit date cannot be changed, and will always correspond to the anniversary date of your contract.
When you sign up, you will be asked to pay your first monthly instalment by entering your credit card details. These details will then be used to make your monthly direct debits.
However, a bank card... expires. So you could find yourself in trouble if you don't take the time to change it. That's why we advise you to use your IBAN, a much more secure method of payment.
To change your payment method (whether you want to change your card or add your IBAN), go to your customer area. Click on ‘My profile’, then on ‘Payment methods’ and finally on ‘Add a new payment method’.
The new payment method you add will automatically replace the old one. You will be able to see which one you are using, as it will be marked as ‘active’.
Please note: for obvious security reasons, our teams cannot add a new payment method for you.
If your payment has been refused, and your card has not expired, or you have indicated your IBAN, please contact your bank.
You prefer annual payments
Good news: you don't have to worry about direct debits for the whole of the coming year! You'll also benefit from a discount if you choose to pay annually, so you can keep control of your budget. When your contract comes up for renewal, the new annual amount will be debited again, directly from your default payment method!
