How do I send my refund requests ?

Once you have finalized the subscription to your new Lovys mutual insurance, you will be asked to send us your social security entitlement certificate and your bank details.
To do this, go to your customer area.
As soon as we receive and validate these documents, our teams will be able to activate teletransmission! After a few days, your claims will be transmitted automatically, without you having to send any supporting documents. Claim processing takes between 5 and 8 working days.
