You've created your Lovys customer account, but you've made a small mistake when entering your details, or you simply want to change something? Follow the guide!


1) Go to your customer area, section ‘my profile’ then select ‘personal information’.

2) Modify the desired element:

  • civility

  • surname first name: you need to contact our support team (support@lovys.com) or read this article

  • date of birth: please contact our support team (support@lovys.com) or consult this article

  • password

  • email

  • telephone

  • address (to be distinguished from the address of any home contract: here, this is the address to which Lovys can send you a letter, for example)
