But what is a disaster?
In insurance law, a claim is a random event guaranteed in the insurance contract taken out by the insured. In accordance with article 113-2 of the Insurance Code, any claim must be declared within a maximum period of 5 days.
Alright, what next?
A situation has arisen and you need support with regard to your contract and the guarantees taken out. It's annoying, but we've got you covered!
First of all, you will have to report this situation to us so that it can be transmitted to one of our managers as soon as possible.
The claim can be made via different means depending on the product purchased:
? Accommodation: Directly from your customer area via a dedicated route, email or telephone.
? A vehicle: Directly by email
?? A pet: Directly by email
? A smartphone: Directly by email
Once your declaration is submitted, it will be sent to the dedicated management team and you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 2 working days.
We will then communicate with you by email or telephone while your file is being processed. It is therefore important that you provide us with your most up-to-date contact details. Depending on the situation, additional documents may also be requested and we are counting on you for your cooperation ?
