At Lovys, the waiting period applied depends on the plan chosen for your contract.
- If you have opted for the Essentielle plan, then a waiting period of one month applies to hospitalization costs. In other words, you will not be able to submit a claim for hospitalization during this period.
- If you have chosen the Equilibre or Optimale plan, then a one-month waiting period applies for dental and contact lens expenses. In other words, you will not be able to submit a claim for these expenses during this period.
