To report your claim, go to the Lovys application available on Android and IOS or on your Lovys customer area. Once your claim has been approved and the deductible taken, you will receive your new reconditioned smartphone, of the same model (or with equivalent features if you had an antique).
Your smartphone will arrive at the address of your choice within 72 working hours after validation of the claim.
