You can set a new payment method on the Lovys client space in a few minutes, it’s that easy… We accept:

·       Bank Card - at any moment

·       SEPA Direct Debit / IBAN - post subscription, by changing payment method

To add a new payment method [add direct link]:

1.      Log in to your client space

2.      Click the menu button on the top left corner

3.      Select ‘Profile’

4.      Select ‘Payment Methods’

5.      Click on ‘Add a new payment method

6.      Select the type of payment method you want to introduce

7.      Add the respective payment method details:

a.       Bank Card – card number, expiration date and CVC

b.      Direct Debit – IBAN, Name and Email

c.       Make sure that the ‘Default’ option is selected

8.      Confirm your new payment method. That’s it! 

 

Via App


To add a new payment method [add direct link]:

3.      Click on your name

4.      Select ‘Payment Methods’, on the right

5.      Click on ‘Add a new payment method’ at the bottom of your screen

6.      Select the type of payment method you want to introduce

7.      Add the respective payment method details:

a.       Bank Card – card number, expiration date and CVC

b.      Direct Debit – IBAN, Name and Email

c.       Make sure that the ‘Default’ option is selected

8.      Confirm your new payment method. That’s it!
